- New projects — the property may only carry a construction servitude (kat irtifakı) rather than full condominium title (kat mülkiyeti); when and how the occupancy permit will be obtained must be clear.

- Land plots — zoning (imar), permitted use, shared title (hisseli tapu) and restrictions on agricultural land.
